Most balloon rental is really a delivery. Ours is not: we bring it, fill it, watch the weather and take it down. Your staff never touches a helium tank.
What is included
- The balloon or blimp — Ours, maintained by us, swapped if anything goes wrong.
- All the helium — Every fill and every top-off.
- Installation — Our crew, on site.
- Weather monitoring — We watch the forecast and we make the call.
- Removal — We come back and take it down.
The rates
| Service | Greater Phoenix | Tucson | Typical Sat + Sun |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balloon | $247.25 per day | $277.25 per day | $494.50 |
| Blimp | $297.25 per day | $327.25 per day | $594.50 |
One rate for everybody
It does not matter whether you run one location or ten. There are no tiers and no negotiating.
The reason is simple and worth saying out loud: our fixed costs for helium, equipment, trucks, trailers and labour are the same for every customer, so the price is the same for every customer.
If someone quotes you a volume discount on a service like this, ask what they are cutting to pay for it.
Weather is our problem
If the balloon is down for weather, there is no charge. That is the entire policy.
We watch the forecast and bring it in when winds over 25 miles per hour are expected. You do not have to learn that rule, monitor it, or make a judgement call on a Saturday morning.
That one clause removes the biggest risk in owning a balloon, which is losing it in a storm you decided to ride out.
